Facebook: Your Company Scrapbook
Wait, wait—don't abandon your company's Facebook account just yet!
Even with all the controversy surrounding this legacy social platform, it still remains a strong tool for showcasing company culture. To remain a competitive option for top talent, a business should know that job candidates will use it to check you out–and so will customers and prospective clients.
Like a scrapbook, you can use Facebook to post company photos, videos, events, inspirational messages, and "behind-the-scenes" peeks into your office environment.
The tone of Facebook is relaxed, and you can even have fun with it depending on the image your company wants to portray. Decusoft's Facebook page does a good job of displaying their company culture with a background video and an interesting mix of "Zen quotes," employee profiles, office happenings, holiday highlights, and industry information.
Remember to use images or videos in all of your posts for maximum viewership. Here are 75 Free Stock photos, courtesy of HubSpot. Or, try this free collection, courtesy of Buffer.
